End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and FeedSense (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for the use of the FeedSense mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the App.
  • Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the App to systematically scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, design, graphics, interfaces, and branding, is owned by FeedSense and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

  • The App offers auto-renewing subscription plans billed through Apple’s App Store.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
  • Prices are in the currency of your App Store region and may vary by location.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App provides AI-powered summaries and translations for convenience. These outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. They should not be relied upon as authoritative or complete representations of the original content. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Third-Party Content

The App aggregates content from third-party sources you choose to subscribe to. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your access to and use of third-party content is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FEEDSENSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

This Agreement is between you and FeedSense only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FeedSense operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.
