1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FeedSense ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
FeedSense is a personalized RSS feed reader that allows you to subscribe to RSS sources, organize your feeds, and access content across devices. Some features require a paid subscription.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- FeedSense offers auto-renewing subscription plans billed through Apple's App Store.
- Payment is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
6. Content
FeedSense aggregates content from third-party RSS sources. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. You access such content at your own risk.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion, all your data including sources, preferences, and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
